In most cases, the order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order ships. And you can also get shipping information of your order on Order Tracking page.
If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact our Customer Services team immediately via “Quick Feedback” or “Live Chat” and we will try to amend them.
Please note, due to the speed at which our Dispatch team work, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch team or completed we are unable to amend the shipping address.

- Check around the delivery location.
Look around the entrances of your residence for the package or a notice of attempted delivery (ex: near back porches, bushes, garages, or other places that the driver may have left it). - Check if someone else accepted delivery.
See if a neighbor or other resident received the package.
Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are unable to be located by the tracking information (if available), please contact Customer Support.
Coretru.com Store does not recommend that you refuse a package from us. Doing so will only add to the cost of the process for everyone involved. Instead, if you need a refund, accept the package and begin this process with us through our established protocols.

No. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, the United States n Express, and Discover) or eCheck — all without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the Paypal page please click the tab “Pay with a debit or credit card”.

In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. In this way, you don’t have to worry about paying people whom you don’t know. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to send money online. Your financial information won’t be sold or exposed to any merchant or retailer.
All payment processing is handled by an independent secure payment processor. coretru.com is not given any payment information. Please verify the following and contact your credit card issuer if the problem persists.

- Card has been reported as lost or stolen
- Card has expired
- Card has not been activated
- Card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)

Payment made by an eCheck will take some days to clear in PayPal. The status will be pending and we will not send your order until it has cleared.
Order FAQ
No need. You can place an order without an account at coretru.com. After finishing payment, your order will be processed. When the item is to leave our warehouse, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking information about your parcel. In addition, you can also check your order information through the page “Order Tracking” without an account.
Only product prices and shipping cost charged, no extra fees! If your order or the shipping address qualifies for free shipping, the payment of product price is enough.
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. And you can also get shipping information of your order on “Order Tracking” page.
Generally, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try our best to accommodate the change(s). If the order has already been shipped out, we can not make any changes.
Please contact our customer service department and indicate that you need a receipt/invoice. Then we will send you it by mail.
In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
Coretru Store has a simple and effective process for returns and exchanges.
- Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Repack the original package with everything received.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and send it back to us.
- Once your package is received back in our warehouse, the item will be tested and we will process your refund/exchange within 3-7 business days.
Definitely not, you need to request a RMA no matter what items you want to return because we need to refund or exchange items for you according the RMA number provided to you.
Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product.
Once your package is received back in our warehouse, the item will be tested and we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. Then the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.

1. Terms of Service
All products can be returned and applied for free repair service if subject to no man-made damage performance failure within one year from the date of purchase.
Please provide effective proof of the product problem (picture or video), send it to our customer service, and return the battery according to the instructions to obtain free repair service.
2. Warranty Procedure
- Contact Customer Service:Please click “Contact Us” for further assistance.
- Customer Service Check:Once our after-sales customer service approves your request, we will send you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to your email address accordingly. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
Tips: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Our after-sales department will not accept your returns without an RMA number.
- Return Product:The RMA number will be valid for 30 days once issued, within which time the returned product(s) must be received by us. Please provide us with relevant courier(postal service preferred) and tracking information when you ship it out, so that we can track your return package.
- After Repair:After receiving the returned package, our technical department will check the returned items. We will reschedule the battery within 2-7 working days after receiving the goods.
Note: Coretru.com reserves the right to refuse repair if the item is out of warranty coverage.
3. Warranty Details
The following conditions are not covered by the battery warranty:
- Batteries ordered from other merchants.
- Products that are out of warranty.
- Damage caused by improper operation or insufficient protection of the customer.
- Damage caused by fire, flood, war, violence or any similar incident.
- Removal the warranty sticker or tamper with the internal battery pack.
- Modify or service through a professional outside of com.
- The battery has decreased in capacity due to long-term use.
Note: Rechargeable Battery is a Consumable product. Depending on the application and usage mode, it is normal that the maximum capacity of all rechargeable batteries will gradually decrease over time. Therefore, changes in battery capacity are not covered by the warranty.
